What happened this week. By Bessie

We're in the middle of a mini heatwave so not much activity going on in our house.  Mainly sleeping. We were all sick yesterday so we only had rice for our tea.   Then Lotty sicked that up too.   Me and Carly kept ours down though.    Lotty's got another ear infection so she's going back to the vet tonight.

Katie had her prom, she looked bootiful.  A hairdresser, who was bridesmaid at Matt in Mummy's works wedding, came to the house to curl Katie's hair and Mummy practiced putting make up on her own face but Katie ended up doing it herself.   It rained all day but luckily stopped just before it was time to leave for prom.   Katie had a nice time and then she came home, got changed and went to a house party.   She was a good girl and didn't get drunk and puke in the flower bed.

Tom had an interview on Monday and got the job so now he goes off to work every morning like a proper grown up.  Katie is home in the day now cos she's finished school for the summer so we are not on our own.   When Katie goes back to school Mummy will change her hours so she can come home every lunchtime and take us for a walk.

Mummy found those dumb shoes she was going on about.  They are black with big spotty bows so she has been wearing them round the house to break them in for the two weddings she's going to.

We are getting a caravan on Saturday.  You might think this is some snap decision but Mummy has been asking Daddy if she can have a caravan for 18 years.    We have already bought loads of nice things to go in it and booked our first weekend away.

And Blod and her daddy came on Saturday with Blod's grandad.  Blod's new brother Wilbur came with his humans and they had a nice meet and greet and then Wilbur went home with Blodwyn.
